In light of the current COVID-19 Pandemic, we are taking extra measures to help keep everyone safe.

  • We have undertaken a complete Risk Assessment
  • Our premises have been deep cleaned and are continually cleaned and sanitised on a regular basis.
  • WHO 80% Alcohol Hand Sanitiser is available at the entrance.
  • We are open by appointment only at this time.
  • Viewings are available by appointment and limited to two guests.
  • Orders can be emailed via the website or bite@biteevents.com
  • Our team will pack your vehicle and unpack on return.
  • Our team has been trained on COVID-Secure measures and safe working procedures.
  • Our team will observe social distancing guidelines at all times.
  • Our team will be wearing protective gloves and masks whilst handling stock for your order.
  • Payments can only be made via online transfer or BACs.
  • All items are professionally cleaned and sanitised for your safe use.
